When can I expect my order to be delivered? Orders placed before 5 PM PST will be shipped on the same day.You will receive a UPS tracking number along with the shipping confirmation email at the end of the day your order ships. Please use the tracking number to get an estimated delivery date.

No, UPS does not delivery to P.O. boxes. Please provide an alternative address to ship your order.
What is your exchange policy?
Leaf-ware.com accepts exchanges only for un-used defective or broken products within 10 days of online purchase. We can only exchange products purchased from leaf-ware.com and returned in original packaging. We will process your exchange within 7 - 10 business days.
You are responsible for shipping the exchange merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend exchanged merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Leaf-ware.com will not be responsible for exchanges lost in transit. Leaf-ware.com reserves the right to refuse used merchandise.

What is your return policy?
Returns will only be accepted for defective or broken dinnerware. If you believe you have received dinnerware in such condition, please contact customercare@Leaf-ware.com. We will credit the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse shipping or any duty/brokerage charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

How does Leaf-ware.com ensure its manufacturers adhere to human rights standards?
We require that the factories operate under sound labor conditions, pay fair wages and follow local labor standards. A code of conduct is signed by all factories. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to make sure they are maintaining these working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations.
